Purpose of the site

This site is provided for invited guests to view wedding information, receive updates, and submit an RSVP. It is a personal, non-commercial website. Using the site means you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Invitations and WhatsApp messages

We may use contact information provided to us by you, your household, or our guest list to send wedding invitations and updates. Messages are intended for wedding guests and are not marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Delivery is not guaranteed. You may ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying to the message, and you may use WhatsApp’s blocking controls.

RSVPs and guest information

Please provide accurate information and submit information only for yourself or people you are authorized to include in your response. If plans change, contact us so we can update the guest list. Submitting an RSVP does not create a commercial contract or guarantee a particular accommodation, meal, transportation option, or event detail.

Appropriate use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, please do not:

• Attempt to access private guest, RSVP, or administrative information.
• Interfere with the site, submit malicious code, or make automated or fraudulent requests.
• Copy or use private wedding photos, guest information, or site content for an unrelated commercial purpose.

Plans, availability, and external links

Wedding details may change. We will try to keep information accurate, but times, venues, travel suggestions, availability, and other details are provided for convenience and may be updated without notice.

The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, maps, hotels, transportation, registries, and social media. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The site is provided “as is” for personal event planning. To the extent permitted by law, Gabriela and Alexander are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, reliance on travel or event information, service interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
