How we use information

We use this information only to organize and communicate about our wedding, including to:

• Send invitations, reminders, schedule updates, and other wedding-related messages.
• Deliver messages through WhatsApp when that is an appropriate way to reach you.
• Record and manage RSVPs, meal needs, seating, transportation, and related guest arrangements.
• Protect the website, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and troubleshoot technical issues.

WhatsApp and service providers

If we contact you through WhatsApp, your phone number and message-related data will also be processed by WhatsApp and its parent company, Meta, under their own terms and privacy policies. WhatsApp is not affiliated with or responsible for this wedding website.

We also use service providers, including website hosting, database, storage, and security providers such as Google Firebase. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Information may be processed in the United States, Brazil, or other countries where these providers operate.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising. We may share it with wedding vendors or members of our planning team only when reasonably needed for the event—for example, to coordinate meals, transportation, or guest access—or when required by law.

We keep guest information only for as long as reasonably needed to plan the wedding, communicate with guests, keep an appropriate event record, or meet legal and security needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop sending WhatsApp messages. Reply to the invitation or contact us through the RSVP page. You can also block or report messages using WhatsApp’s controls. We may retain limited information when necessary to honor an opt-out, protect the site, or comply with law.
